THE SYSTEM
Based off the academic grading system in some western countries such as Australia and the United States the club, players and manager get a grade based on their performances. During the mid-year season review everyone has a chance to have their grade higher if they are below expectations and come seasons end could also have a worse grade as the grade is based on a full season not just half of the season.
For example a player can have a great season to the midway point but then drop off however if they still achieved expectations they will receive a C grade unless they where injured as they may still receive the same grade as mid-season depending on the injury and if the player is injury prone.
THE GRADES A-F
A - Standout / Over-achieved Expectations
B - Above Average / Exceeded Expectations
C - Average / Achieved Expectations
D - Out of Form / Below Expectations
F - Flop / Failed to Meet Minimum Expectations
